My name is Dana. I am a verified listener and it's really great and such a rewarding experience I love it. I can see that you have joined 7 Cups and thats amazing! We are so glad you are here. Its a huge step, and you've done it which is incredible! How are you finding it so far? What made you sign up?

Under Path you will find some great self-help guides, mindfulness exercises, your impact which is very useful information on your growth on 7cups, Training & Certification that you can work on. Under Chat you will find some great Group Support Rooms that you can participate in. They will only appear during open time. Under community you find Forums and you will also find the Group Support Rooms and a Calendar when Groups are please note these are all Eastern Time.

I am enjoying the utilities of this website to the fullest. It has not been even one day than I am already feeling a lot more optimistic than usual. To find people who go through the same problems I have been facing in my life, to be able to relate to them is itself a boon. The listeners are so professional who "listen" to all your problems and understand what one is going through although they do not give any advice, which I absolutely respect. Till now, I have had a wonderful experience at 7cups and expect more of its effects on bringing a change to my life.

I'm finding the website layout pretty confusing and difficult to navigate (especially this forum area), so, though I use the growth path everyday, I don't know if I'll be very active in the community.
