I have been very obsessed with a celebrity and its getting outta hand like I think about them all the time I have lost interest in my hobbies

Have you asked yourself why?
is it too occupy your thoughts? keep you busy .... if a romantic ideal it keeps you from meeting a real life partner because they would never match the celebrity?
while I think several people may have similar situation ....
celebrity crushes .are on a person ..... you really do not know.... who works on a specific persona to show others and wants someone obsessed to buy products/ movie/ albums whatever to support their lifestyle......... they are a product and you are the customer.
IMO this ends up in disappointment when or if you find the person deep down is not who you thought they were.

I have been there as well, actually.
For me X has represented everything I had looked for in love, in my partner. I have become so obsessed that it stopped me from seeing people in my life and it affected my mental health a lot at that time...
Ask yourself why they are the person you obsess with. Analyse it, so you can know where you might have a lack off in real life. Try to find out what draws you to that person - and give it to yourself in other ways.

What celebrity?
Hey there! I think we all have been through that stuff. The glamour and the charisma are just simply irresistible but think about it this way. The celebrity you might think is this certain way could be an entirely different person behind the camera. They might not be as nice, or as fun-loving as you think they are. The sad truth is, they get paid to act a certain way so that they can attract audiences.
Even if it is a very realistic documentary or a vlog that does feel like it could be true, it's still being recorded. And your celebrity knows that. I am not saying that every celebrity is a bad person behind the cameras and they treat others like trash, it's just that the perfect image just fades off after the director records the final cut. We can't predict how they are in real life. Bitter but great if you realize that your hobbies keep you truly entertained. Please don't choose superficiality over your true happiness.
