I'd like to inform a couple of things however, to avoid any misinformation for anyone else coming across this also.

You're on a member account currently~ the main purpose for which is *seeking* support.

Members cannot message other members personally/ (DMs as you mentioned), that would mean only someone with a listener account is able to message a member account~ however, as per 7 cups guidelines, listeners aren't allowed to seek personal support using their listener account, they most definitely can seek support like any other member, on their member account.

If you're interested in listening and supporting fellow members, you can ofcourse try the forums or the group chatrooms and if you'd prefer in 1-1 chats, you can certainly sign up to become a listener here also: https://www.7cups.com/listener/CreateAccount.php. ❤
