Not sure what to say here, but I'm just beginning here. I was seeing a therapist, but with this pandemic, I obviously have stopped, & have been at a loss. I live in a house with people, but I feel alone, like I have noone. I have self esteem/worth issues. I am happy to be here, & I hope I can find some help & help me help myself to get to a better place.

Highlight is this female was having a panic attack about possibly contracting, and/or giving an STD to someone else and talked it through and she left our conversation empowered versus victim and she was happy about that and knowing a plan is in place versus just free falling.
