I'm doing alright. I would love to visit Europe in general. Don't have an exact country I would like to go to. I heard about 7 cups at school and it sounded like an awesome thing to check out.

I am extremely stressed due to family issues involving 4 teenagers, 2 of which come home within 6 months. The stress has affected me physically and emotionally.

I have always wanted to go to Germany, Australia, or Paris.

I would like to get resources or feedback on stress and anxiety management, family / parenting issues, how to deal or help teenagers who have experienced sexual abuse and has abandonment issues.
