Hello everyone. I really appreciate what I've noticed about this community so far... the support and help that seems to be available is amazing. I'm wondering though, because I have a difficult time with trust, how should I go about connecting with a listener? Ultimately, I'd like to speak to someone who has / is experiencing similar situations and may have ideas or coping skills to share.
@DragonflyMom71 You can select a listener based on the particular issues they handle using the different drop-down menus at the top of the 'Browse Listeners' page. However, I've had my best luck- and found my two best listeners- letting 7cups select a random one for me. When you put in a listener request, the bot will ask you what issue you'd like to discuss, and will find you someone based on that.
Hope that helps. I'm not totally new, but have been around for about a week.
