Hi 👋 I've been recommending 7 cups to friends & students for years and finally took my own advice 🤣 I'm here both to give and receive support. Someday I hope to become a listener too. The philosophy/framework of 7 cups really inspired my this year to encourage students to help & inspire eachother. After all, who can help better than your peers (or someone going thru the same thing)?
Right now I'm going thru a hard time with severe autistic/adhd burnout for almost a year. I've realized its a slow way out but am crawling. Little steps, little wins, eventually it will get better, I hope! I'm receiving professional support for that too.
Also ngl I'm here to maybe steal resources (links) for a website I made for students, hehe. 🖤💙 Thank you for being here + for being accessible + for accepting me!

Hi everyone, I’m glad to become a part of this amazing community.
I am ofter suffering myself from mental health problems, and I want to have a shoulder, talk to somebody. I am also very interested in medicine and psychiatry, so as you can see, in general helping people. Especially when I actually know, how they feel.
I want to help others, so they can have one more shoulder they can lay on. It was my goal for a long time, and now i found this amazing project.
