Hello everone!, I'm new too! :)
I joined 7cups 2 days ago when I couldn't fall asleep because of some worries and anxieties. I joined the Sharing Circle and being there, listening to others and receiving thoughtful replies has calmed me down. It was a great experience :) So far, I haven't tried much besides the chat rooms so now I'm exploring a bit more.
