Hi, I'm WeeCuppaTea, I'm in my 30s and live in the UK. I have previously suffered from severe depression, anxiety and OCD.
While I am in a much better place now and medication has been a tremendous help, I still have my down days and have trouble getting out of bed somedays.
I'm currently undergoing training to be a volunteer in a mental health charity and I feel that it gives me a sense of purpose.
