Hi, I'm not really good at introducing myself but my name is Zach, I'm new here. I've been struggling for a long time with my mental health/depression. I don't know how to fix myself, and I've never wanted to reach out for help before so this is my first time making that attempt.
@ZachN22 Hi Zach I was the same way when I started I feel embarassed at time speaking about my depression because I feel like I am getting judged the majority of the people care on here. Doing the exercises on the Path section really help along with writing in the journal. Hope these help you.
