Hi, I'm Nyx. I just joined as a listener 2 days ago. I found this app when I was a teenager and used it when I felt that I couldn't talk to the people in my life. And now I'm going to therapy and find it rewarding to be supporting people that need it right now.

I was going through some hardships & I felt (since being an introvert) there's no real place for me to go without bearing my soul. Hey, I’m Joshlyn, and I’ve became a listener to not only gain communication experience, but to also help others during struggling times. I know how it feels, and the fact that a lending ear does wonders is amazing. I want to be able to know what to do and say when someone is in a negative space, and spread that message of support and love to others.

New to 7 cups. I don’t really know what to say here. I’m super antisocial and would much rather close out this app and do anything else, but I’m forcing myself to reach out. I know that things are only going to get worse if I don’t try to do something to stop this isolation. There’s this part of me that really wants a radical transformation to occur, I’m hoping that maybe this is the place to help me get started.

Hi, I am Gloria. I discovered 7 Cups through the University. It started as a project I ended up loving it. I always wanted to help others. Being a listener has helped me understand people. Everyone is different. We all need time to time someone to vent with. I want to learn more skills and gain experience.
