Hi. Has anyone here had Vaginal Atrophy? Vagina dries up due to lack of estrogen. Very painful intercourse?
Also, since hitting 50, my libido has done a disappearing act. Any feedback appreciated.

@Dee01. I haven’t tried them but I have heard of some creams that can help with pain. Have you checked with your doctor or gynecologist?

recently started a big increase in exercise .. my libido increased a big amount evidently a normal reaction in weight loss or increased exercise..
However if partner is not able to step up so to speak it can be really frustrating
