Recovery is a process. Eating disorders are difficult. Please take things at your own pace! Don't rush through recovery. A good rule for me in recovery was to make myself slightly uncomfortable each day. If I stayed in my comfort zone and didn't push myself to eat more, even if it's just a little bit, I wouldn't get any better. You can do this! Small goals to set along your path are really important. Also, online support can help too. Knowing you're not alone, doing this with people. I went on Reddit and found groups to help where I could post questions and things about my progress. People would respond and support and connect with their stories, etc. Good luck! You can do this.
