Eating is often a tell-tale sign of many illnesses. In my experience, it was an indicator of depression and further led to the discover I had a minor eating disorder. It's possible you don't have the energy to eat, which could be depression, or you may feel repulsed, which could be an eating disorder. Whatever the cause, working up to feeling healthy and well-fed can take time, but you will get there.

You probably feel deep down like you don't deserve to eat, or be fed. Maybe you are afraid of being full, or the 'consequences' or eating. Talk to someone, and try to eat a little more each day x

Sometimes after starving the body for so long it goes into hibernation mode because it's not used to getting any food. So it's best to start slowly eating again showing the body that it's being fed fuel again to wake up the system so the appetite can return. It may take a bit of time but just be patient and kind to your body.
