If your feeling sick after eating it can be a lot of things. from something didn't taste right, an odd taste, something new you are not used to, you ate too fast, you waited too long to eat. there are a lot of varieties of why you feel sick after eating. it can also be physiological, like maybe thinking that this doughnut is gonna make you gain some weight and you start to worry and that can make you feel sick. I have struggled with that same feeling and I am soon going to a doctor to check for any underlying medical problems like IBS. so if your concerned with how often this feeling is occurring you can try asking a doctor for ideas on what can be causing this. Hope you feel better and stay strong!
