Unfortunately, this is only something you can answer for yourself. Platonic love and Romantic love can have a very thin line separating them. And usually the best romantic relationships are based in friendship. A few questions you can ask yourself are:
Can you envision yourself in a romantic relationship with this person? Is that something you want? Or even something you want to try because there's potential? How do you feel around this person compared to other love interests you've had in the past?
