Hello. You didn't say how old your daughter is. I think that worrying about our children is a normal part of being a parent, regardless of age. I personally worry about mine as well. For me, I try to think of the positive affirmations that I can project towards mine: I know they are smart. I know they are determined. I know they know they don't know everything. I also know they get mad at me over little things and may not talk to me when I tell a truth they are not emotionally prepared to accept. I know that I have tried to prepare them the best way I can for things that life can throw at you. But.......after all that....what keeps me going is I KNOW they know when it gets rough, no matter what - all they have to do is call me or text me and they know I am there for them. Letting them have their wings to fly is so difficult. Sometimes also developing new hobbies or interests for yourself can take your mind off of the constant worry. I wish you love and luck.
