I really need help. I had a group of friends in school and now I’m alone. Honestly alone. What can I do to stop feeling so bad?

Maybe, you can try developing new hobbies and interests, that would help you make new friends. For example, doing group activities. I also had trouble with my group of friends at school, and in a bold move I've decided to join arts group after school. There, I met some many good friends. Another option is to make online friends! there are many platforms for that, and some of those relationships last for a long time. The best thing, is to mix both options :) Even if you feel lonely now, remember life is full of opportunities to meet people and make friends, and things will get better!

I feel the same way. We have defiantly grown apart, however is there anywhere else that you can do or go to meet new people? this will help make friends with the same interests as you. Also, pick up a new hobby and do something that makes you feel happy, practise self care and you will defiantly meet new people. Stay positive and I promise that the universe will lead you to all things good. Also feel inspired to make a new personal goal or something that you can build on yourself which will distract but also reward you and help you to fill better.

I will not judge you and will not ask you about how you got into that situation, but I'll say for sure that it is okay, you are not left behind just because you are alone, you are doing great. You may feel alone, you may feel that you are unwanted due to your current situation. But honestly, it is better to be alone rather than being in the wrong group of people, they would make you feel lonely even when you are surrounded by people. You may see this situation as an opportunity to improve yourself to be the person you always wanted to be. I mean, you have all that extra time for yourself! Instead of going out on weekends you can upgrade yourself, learn new skills, create your own desired character of a person. And to remember that you can always reach out to your old friends online or just make new friends along the way while you are improving yourself.
