Someone to Talk to About LGBTQ+ Issues

The LGBTQ+ topic covers a wide array of issues, all of which can be difficult to cope with. A very common LGBTQ+ issue that comes up is the process of discovering one’s identity. This can be a scary process and can be stress-inducing, particularly if you are concerned about how others may feel. Another issue that arises is bullying and discrimination based off of one’s identity. There are a number of different things that can be done to feel better despite these issues. One especially useful approach is discussing your struggles with a compassionate and knowledgeable listener. Getting our emotions out can help to clear our minds, and discussing your thoughts may assist in clarifying things for yourself.

She’s a great listener!
Es muy buena, me ha recomendado lo que mi psicóloga presencial ha hecho de manera simple lo que me han hecho en terapia presencial en meses
So far, I genuinely feel like she is the only person to have understood me. Like I’ve been doing therapy for a few years and this is the first time where I genuinely feel understood by somebody. I feel listened to. And then I really appreciate her because it feels like she’s guiding me through with questions.
