We can talk about stress and anxiety, life transitions (moving, school/career changes), relationship communication, self-esteem, motivation/procrastination, creative blocks, and perfectionism. Our chats are a space to slow down, feel heard, and sort through what’s heavy. I use active listening and validation. I’ll never diagnose or tell you what to do. I’ll ask gentle questions so your own voice can get a little louder.

From my experience over the years, I have seen how various mental illnesses have affected the lives of individuals and their loved ones. My passion for mental health has mostly been shaped by personal experiences, as well as exposure to the challenges faced by those struggling with mental health issues.
