I am an experienced listener as this has been an essential part of my work for several years. I am realistic in what I can do to help, and non-judgemental and sensitive in my approach  I have worked with people through many difficult times relating to a variety of life's issues and challenges - and I have also personal experience of some difficult life challenges and choices. I don't ever pretend I have all the answers though! But through talking and listening together, maybe I can help you reflect and talk more on whatever has brought you here, maybe from a different or wider perspective than you have so far seen, and maybe this will help you see your way forward a little more clearly.
