Activity Scheduling Activities can be connected to the way you feel. If you track feelings of depression, you may discover that when you are depressed you are more passive and less active. I have been through many experiences dealing with depression, stress, and trauma in my day, and I still struggle with anxiety. So, I can most likely relate to you and your experiences.
