Today, I was just randomly thinking of something we call by different names. Spiral, rumination, overthinking, feeling stuck and the list goes on.
No matter how many names we give it, sometimes it's so difficult to break out of that spiral.
What's one sentence you heard or read that snapped you out of your spiral?

the "use code overthinking " line is very good.
The one I think of often is "time is one commodity we never know how much we have, so spend wisely and do not waste."
