No pressure to answer but if you do, I'm listening💖Reading this and thinking counts too. And I'm always proud of you no matter what.

So, I will go first, "It's okay to make mistakes, to mess up, to fall apart gracefully, to rumble-fumble-jumble🥹💗, it will be figured out the better eventually"

@resilience2025
Thanks, Resii, for this wonderful thread!
For me, ahh, it's kinda not that deep to be honest, but I definitely need the reminder. So, here we go:

"Please, stop skipping the gym. The membership is going to waste, and I didn't nearly go broke for me to not go-"🤡

It's all my pleasure KD😇I hope I can call you by the name?

That's really amazing, it's a routine reset reminder to your brain ✨And I am sure you will definitely get back to your gym. Workout does bring a lot of active energy to the day and also releases happiness hormones. So, what one tiny step can you actually take to restart and get into momentum?

Oh, I go by Nour!

Well, I guess I look forward to rewarding myself after a hectic work-out by cooking a delicious meal or buying a snack (All healthy to not ruin the process of course 😎)

@resilience2025 "It's okay if you don't have it all figured out, sometimes life doesn't need all the answers to the questions it has, it's one step at a time." 😊

That's one of the most important yet beautiful sentences to have come across. A life's phase that's so full of uncertainty and constant confusion, I guess we all will relate to this very deeply. And certainly, it's all about taking one step at a time at your own pace and that's really appreciable! Showing up matters.

Thank you for sharing your wise text bite with all of us💕

@tealWalker1726

Definitely! It's okay to not be okay.

Vulnerability is what leads to growth💕. The moment we accept our emotions with unconditional love and openness like we do it for our friends, allowing ourselves to feel what we feel, that's something only brave hearts can do!

And I'm so glad and proud of you for choosing to walk that way. And existing with them. That takes real courage.

But, what's one small thing that you can do for yourself to make your heart and soul feel good?

And, you can always come here to share what you feel whenever you feel, I will be there listening.

Lola  "yeah I know what I have to do but it's really not that easy"

My brain " shame, self blame, embarrassment still stops you from speaking up hey? "

That constant conflict between our brain and our gut, Ohh I can feel and understand you Whisper. And before anything else, I give you a Giant Tiny Hug, yours wide hug back to you❤️❤️🫂

I'm so proud of you for expressing yourself in such a real way. But believe me, you are doing really well just by being aware of them. And the way you talk with your brain, it's so full of love and openness.

It's all okay to think about self blame, being seen 'too much' or being embarrassed when seeking help. But you are not wrong for wanting help. Vulnerability is the inherent trait of humans and we never need to hide it from people we can confide in.

I am always there for you just right here, you can ping me up with what you feel, I will listen without any judgements💕

Don't ever forget that you are a beautiful kind soul and you deserve all of the world's kindness and beauty💖
