I've noticed that it has been a struggle lately to be myself, and not live up to the expectations from others. Someone is always there telling me that my way is wrong, and yet, they don't want me to feel stressed or pressured. I'm often afraid to express how I feel or give opinions to others' thoughts, as I know what kind of feedback I'd get, and it will only make me feel small. I do want to live my life in a way that I feel most comfortable, without others telling how and what I need to live like~

I'd feel the same if I were in your place. It's disheartening if people keep reminding you that you're doing everything wrong. I don't believe there's a one best way to do anything. We can put our heart at anything and see what happens. Opinions of others are valuable including yours. I hope you do what's best for you 💕 Sending you beams of love and strength.
Making meaningful connections is so difficult! I am a very bad judge of character and am far too trusting and I'm always being let down. I'm so alone and broken and I do not know how to improve. It's hard to go out and do stuff alone, it's scary and you're constantly reminded that you're alone.
