Hi, Welcome to 7cups and the Sub-Community. Sorry to hear that you are lonely. We created a page for new folks to the Sub-Community with some helpful links to help out. You can also find the discussion list here. Feel free to respond to any of the forums and the room is always open to chat with others when we don't have discussions scheduled in there. There are a lot of supportive people in the Sub-Community that you soon will meet and some people are like a family that are there for each other and really do care. If you are interested in being added to the tag list please submit this short form.
Hi there! I'm new to this community and this looked like as good a place to start as any! I'm a bit useless with forums and the like but hoping to be more active in the community. I'm 38,married 13 years and have 3 kids. I work in a school delivering occupational therapy to children with sensory processing disorders, and I'm at uni doing an early childhood degree. It's easy to become a bit bogged down in my own life and responsibilities, so I'm hoping 7 cups will be a good way of turning my attention outwards and doing something good in the wider world. Hoping to get to know some of you on my listener journey!
Hello everyone :) new to the community but had found 7cups a few years back. Life has improved but feeling stuck. I live in the part of the US where the cost of living is very high, so despite making a decent amount of money my husband and I haven't been able to save up and move. We also have no idea where we would move to, as the companies we work for don't have other offices to work in... and the idea of job hunting all over again is fairly stressful. :( fingers crossed there's an opportunity found soon!
hey guys, recently came back to 7 cups as Ive had some anxiety of late just thought Id say hi. I have a youtube channel too if anyone wants to check it out its mainly on vegetarian foods.
Is your Youtube channel under the same name as here?~

Hey there, I'm new to this subcommunity - only been here since 2015 but just found it, how crazy is that! Anyway, just saying hi and I hope to chat to some of you soon if you need someone to lend an ear :)
Hey everyone. I'm Jennifer, 35 and I'm new here. Can't wait to post, talk and get and give support here! Glad to be part of 7 cups and good luck to everyone on healing.🌱
Hello, I'm Donald and I'm 32. Been a listener here for a few months now, nice to see such a big 30's community here :)
I find that not many people actually respond and post in this community. I feel that this group is nearly forgotten by others.
At 33, single, female.. I'm not very happy with my life. Yet, I have no one to share my feelings, fears, thoughts, concerns with. When I found this community I was hoping to be able to find others with a similar situation, but I haven't got much response. I keep coming back once in a while with hopes to see if the new additions will notice. I have a lot of fears at this point in life~
@Jaeteuk hello if it's not too late! I'm new here :) I wanted to reach out because it sounds like we're in a similar place, I'm 34, single, female, and also unsure about a lot in my life right now. So you're not alone!
Hello All. :)
I am 30, soon to be 31.
My body feels 25, but my mind feels 35. :)
I am a listener here and a peer supporter. Hope to connect with more likeminded people here.
Cheers :)
Hi, early thirties female here. Single with no kids.
I had depression for the longest time and now that its gone, Im kind of confused as to what to do with my life.
Should I get a better job? Find a partner? Make new friends? Start a new hobby?
Its overwhelming especially with the corona situation, and Im scared of being depressed again. I hope I can figure it out a little bit at a time with support from the wonderful people here on Seven Cups :D
