Hello. I have found 7 Cups to be a wonderful, supportive community. I suffer from BPD and have found the community to be very helpful during "down" times. I have found that I do not suffer from BPD as much since I have become a member of the community. In most cases I have been able to recognise the beginning of a downward turn a lot quicker than I used to be able to.

I just signed up today and am looking for some extra support. I'm recovering from a pretty bad depressive episode (diganosed with Bipolar II). Doing a lot better now, but don't want to go back anytime soon! About me.... I'm a mental health therapist for college students, live in Portland Oregon, and am originally from Texas.

Oh my Goddess! I am not 40 yet but will be in May! Wierd to even think about... I'm mostly unsure how I feel about it. HOWEVER, I practice being grateful I made it this far. :)

Hi! I am 41 and have been going through a difficult time these last few years. I joined 7cups to help keep my mental state healthy so I can emerge stronger and pause to reflect on all the good things happening in my life too.

Hello. I am new here. But like what I see. I have one question though. I have had a couple conversations with listeners and they seem very one way. Is that by design or should I look for a more engaging listener?

Hello. I think some are better than others. Try a different listener. You may have to try a few of them before you find one that suits you.
