Help needed

I'm sorry you're feeling this way...I think the real answer might be learning to care for ourselves first. It's hard, but sometimes that's what leads us to finding someone who truly cares for us in return...I hope you find that kindness .... whether from yourself or from others soon. 🙏
@sensibleEyes1111 I understand how you're feeling. I was in a similar situation, feeling lonely even when being in a room full of people I know. I cant say I completely am aware of your situation, but I suggest you to journal your thoughts, to try and find a pattern. Only you can fill that void inside you, I think rather than seeking external validation, you should try thinking about yourself and your growth as a person. Saying in words like this seem small, but it's a tideous process and can only be overcomed with a strong will and dedication, which I believe in you that you'll develop. However, I cant give definitive advice as this is your life and I dont have enough context but I'll let you know I trust in you to figure it out. I suggest you to get a listener if you want to vent about it.

When you get stuck thinking nobody cares about you? You grab that thought immediately and say, "absolutely not, I won't continue with this." Then you throw it away.
Even if you spend a lot of time alone. Even if family and friends never check in or they wait for you to call. Even if you don't have anyone you call family or friends right now, it's hard to be able to believe no one cares because we can never truly know how many people we impact. We all can have people around us who admire us or quietly depend on us that we don't know about.
Like, the other day, I said two pretty neutral sentences to a stranger having an anxiety attack. Just something that would help me in his shoes. He went looking for me over an hour later and REFUSED to break eye contact with me until I KNEW I "saved his life back there," haha. I'll bet if you sat and thought about it, you have moments like that. The tiniest casual interaction you have with somebody every day might be all their sunshine. But they'll never tell you because maybe they don't know how, don't want to come off weird, have discomfort doing it--people have a lot of anxiety about showing affection.
You can't ever be sure who you mean a lot to, so why default to "nobody," you know? That's just lonely feelings whispering things in your ear to make you feel worse. Give yourself permission to put that one in the garbage.
As for loneliness, I get about 99% of my human interactions in a day from games. Not very competitive ones. I tend to stick to cooperative low stress cozy online games. I used to find little phone games to play during panic attacks and ended up playing a team game with a big group of people from all over the world. A lot of the time, we are just yapping about our cats and kids. Given it's a dumb little relaxed game, a lot of people are 30s, 40s, 50s, and 60s just socializing. Sometimes, just talking about nonsense off and on during the day with game buddies is enough. Give it a shot if you haven't. You might find out your favorite people live on the other side of the planet, haha.
@sensibleEyes1111 Im kinda so down in my recent weeks. Seeking human connection 🥹 Would you like to be friends?
