Just want a real relationship

It can be difficult when a town is small, to meet people.
You might have to consider online dating to meet someone and find some connection 💚🤗

You can try online and see what your results are. And what you can do is look for social events in the town. Usually found on face-book, or newspapers/magazines sold in the town. Look for things like bowling leagues and pool halls. Stuff like that will expose you to new people, some of those new people will be women and some of those women will be single.

As someone who's feeling the same kind of strain right now (for different reasons) I just want to say you're not alone. It's a hard thing to carry with you all the time and it affects everything else in your life.
I'd echo other advice in this thread and consider what options you have outside of town. The digital age is a scary place, but it's biggest benefit is how effectively it brings people together. See what you can find online. You might be surprised.
Stay strong and good luck. It might suck now, but it's not forever.
Sometimes dating apps can be helpful. I dont like most of them but I met a few decent guys on a specific app but I’m not sure if I can mention names (starts with B). And I think it works worldwide, I know it does here in Brazil, USA, and some countries across Europe. You can share your interests and a bit of you before you match someone. Or going to events in your town, coffee shops, sport centers, or whatever you like to do, what increases the chance you’ll meet someone with compatible hobbies ((:
same here, but it's hard to trust guys online these days, I don't know
Me too, but I have too much going against me, and it's out of my control. As a result I struggle with loneliness, self-hate, and jealousy of attractive people
You don't need physical touch from a woman. What you need is to solve this issue of feeling like you need that. That's a problem. You should be in a stare where you are okay even without a partner. Imagine you were dropped on an island and therr were no women, just men. Are you going to be miserable forever? That might happen, or you could accept whatever the present reality is and try to make best of it... in reality, we have to learn how to be happy/ content / fulfilled/ at peace, regardless of the circumstances. This is emotional intelligence. To not rely on others for your wellbeing. That's true dependence. If you get into a relationship in your current state, you're going to be toxic to your partner because you're entering it while thinking you have a "need" for it.. you'd essentially be using your partner for your physical wants... you wouldn't be valuing them for who they are as a soul.. you'd be valuing what they offer you. This is what most people do. And this is why most relationships fail... cause they're based on give and take.. need basis... not actually valuing the other person's essence. You should find some relief at least to know that you're not a rare case - most people are either single, lonely or in toxic relationship. Out of 100 people maybe 10 are in a healthy relationship. Cause the norm follows the norm. People who are glued to social media and scroll get Influenced. You think u need to meet someone, just like everyone else thinking that who's scrolling through social media, mindlessly, hoping for their depression or stress to dissappear.... we live in a society where most people are miserable. The solution is finding your truth, finding yourself... understanding yourself.. caring for yourself.... learning how to be truly independent. I'd suggest reading books, researching, learning. U can even write your problem in chatgpt and ask it to suggest top books that can help you. Your issue isn't needing to meet someone, it's needing to learn how to be happy regardless if u meet someone or not. And that's a common issue. Even I'm dealing with it. I've been single 14 years since the love of my life left me. It's been a struggle but after about 12 years is when I finally shifted my mindset... and I have achieved peace of mind... I'm not blissed, joyful or excited in life (these things I'm trying to figure out) but at least I have peace of mind now. I don't deal with stress / depression. Anymore . All the best, keep trying to figure things out. U are on your way. Amazing that you post3d about it, shows you're trying to solve it
