Rude people in chats

Hey @kornfields567, I'm sorry to hear you came across someone being rude and unsupportive in the chatroom, we all deserve to feel safe and included. Please always feel free to use the personal mute button in chatrooms, in case you don't want to engage with someone there. If you find any offensive behaviour, you can also report the users explaining details too.

@kornfields567 If you have a problem, you can also fill out the Request a Mod form, which is in every chatroom.

Also you can let the Mods know ahead of time, that your having issues with a member, so they can be on the look out for them.

We also have Community Mods, which work closely with the non-paid Mods and the Community Managers, here at 7cups.

Also you can screen shot, and include that with your report as well.

This is very helpful.

Using the Report/Mute icon, is a bit easier to use.

To use it you just click on it, down below the username, it is orange in color.
