New to 7 cups

Hi everyone I'm 37 from England. I stumbled upon 7 cups searching for some support as I've had a really rough past couple of years. I've been suffering with chronic illness for the last couple years which has been difficult as I've been to many Dr's who initially thought all the pain I was experiencing was all in my head, turns out its fibromyalgia if that wasn't bad enough I lost my father in June suddenly, which caused my anxiety and depression to spiral. See my father and all my family live in America so I still haven't been back across since he died due to the pandemic and restrictions. Its just been very hard to deal with everything and sometimes I feel like I can't cope, I don't really have many friends its really only me my husband and daughter here. Its not always easy to talk to my husband about things. I came on here to really just meet people who can relate and understand and maybe offer some support
