That is actually my plan. I want to build a “tiny” or a smaller type of house. I would like to have animals, vegetables and fruit trees or wine. My dream land has no neighbours close by and its like a farm. Would be so happy.

That's a really nice idea! Some species of wildlife are endangered and it would be good to give some of them a place to live.

He is. I don’t have a green thumb but he does and it beautifies my world. My contributions seem to be directed mostly to mowing lawn or blowing leaves!

I would build a small cozy home for myself and additional small cozy homes for friends and family members who wanted to be involved in the animal sanctuary I would create on the land. Additionally, I would like to plant orchards of fruit bearing trees and a large vegetable garden to help feed the people and animals living at the sanctuary. Ideally we would also have some chickens (for eggs) and cows and/or goats (for milk and cheese).

That sounds like a piece of heaven to me!
I would just find the most central part of that land and come up with some kind of shelter and continue to live the way I know how.. alone and as far away from a society that prides itself on judgement and hate.

It seems that you are very disappointed in society and I can understand that it can become hard to still believe in the good when watching the news but please do not forget there are good people out there too, people who take care of each other, help animals and protect the environment.
@amiablePeace77 You are so very wise, the truth you speak of I cannot deny. You are right on all points. I haven’t forgotten that there are a lot of great positive, wonderfully supportive and who even when they’re having the toughest of times they reach out to others in need. I am reminded of that fact everyday when I am here.

I would organize a massive community garden and make space for tiny houses for the homeless. If I had the money I'd also put in a community center for the community for events, and meetings - any a gym! Maybe a hobby room. Maybe some people could develop a craft they could sell at farmer's markets or craft fairs....and it would have a kitchen too.
