What do you do to keep your melatonin levels balanced?

I do not worry much about that. I sleep less than I used to so I never have trouble falling asleep and if tired during the day take short naps. 

One thing that is important is to stop thinking so I meditate while in bed and or do mantras. 

@amiablePeace77. Interesting I didn’t know about the help from sunshine. I’m going to start dinking my morning outside or next to the sunny window.
