It's terrible if we all over sudden loose everything which connects us to the outside world, all the information we need. It shows, how important computers became for many people. I can only imagine how angry you also might have been when he told you that all was gone.

Hi my friend.
I like to see crime and thrillers. Yesterday I saw "The Shallows", a thriller from 2016 about a woman called Tree. I was thinking of you because you call yourself that after "purple". In Norway no one is called Tree. I think in the US you are much more liberal in naming babies. I remember I also read a book once about "Littletree" - I think he was an Indian in US or Canada.

@Helgafy, Hi, Helga, 7cups suggested a name that was similar to purpletree when i joined. I just changed it to the nearest words that were actual words. I don't actually call myself tree. It's just a screen name for 7cups. I am impressed with a person's strength when they use their real name as their screen name. You're so sweet to think of me. That touches my heart and soul.

Hi. I knew Tree is a screen name Dawn. When I use my name I don't see a strength in that (but thank you anyway). We are still full anonymous here. You are writing about heart and soul. It will look like I try to trigger you (but I'm not). In my head "heart" and "soul" are the same. A person in Norway writes poems. (She had ME as I have, but became better). She experienced that the words of the poem run into her heart. Here comes my simply translation of one of her poems about the theme above .
Give me your heart.

So - here it says that my heart is me and the way I think my soul is also me- my thinking, feelings, everything that is in me. I think that I also have a spirit. That is where God lives.
@amiablePeace77 I used to be scared to talk with men socially. In my 30's I went to some group activities at a community center and little by little I started speaking to men. I am not afraid anymore. I even live with one now.

The paranormal use to scare me to death. Then I learned to accpet it and being sensitive to it.
@Goldcherry2113 I used to watch shows like One Step Beyond. Then I realized the scariest things of all are some of the thoughts I was holding onto and not even knowing it.

I used to be scared of the god I grew up believing in. He was always so angry, rigid and caprecious. I am old now and I no after much prayer and reading and talking now know that I was not given an accurate depiction of god...and that there is no actual information about god or what he is like. He is what we make him. So sorry if any of this offends anyone, but god used to be more like the boogie man who was out to get me
