Comfort is my style statement..... My favorite would be stretch jeans/trousers paired with a soft top.

You are right! I agree that stretch jeans are by way far, the best ever of all jeans. If I ever do have to put on jeans, it has to be stretch jeans-for sure!

Now that I am home most of the time, my zttire is colorful, comfy clothes: usually colorful leggins and a shirt. If I'm painting or art mKing, my large painting shirt (oversized white shirt that goes to my knees and has many a paint splatter) comes into play. If I'm going out, I dress in bright colors, accessorize both for the energies I want to carry through those appts and what makes me feel confident and comfortable.

I can almost imagine you in an oversized painting shirt (because that's how I look when doing art too) . Nice that certain colours help you to feel good. I always love to see people wearing bright colours when I go shopping or so, it's like they spread happiness and energy.
I love your feel and thoughts on how color is so important. It does make sense that you are an artist and paint! I know what you mean about your neat painting shirt. I used to have a special painting shirt also, when I used to oil paint for tons of years. The shirts do get so uniquie looking with all the different paint splatters on them!
Also, your feel for color also spills over into all you do and who you are.
Color really makes big differences doesn't it? I would love to see you all dressed up in your pretty colors. 
When you wake up in the morning and get dressed, do you just put something on or do you think about what would make you feel most comfy? I almost always look at the weather forecast and dress myself accordingly.
What is one of your favorite pieces of clothing and what makes it so special? I have two sweaters that my late wife made for me. One is a ski sweater, I wear it almost every time I go skiing. The other is a sweater with buttons, it is very warm and comfy.

Yes, checking the weather forecast is a good idea. I often wear those sweaters when I go walking.

Makes sense to wear functional clothing. I find cotton works fine when it's getting really hot.

I think naturally dyed cotton is one of the best materials to wear when hot but also with skin issues since it's a breathing material.
Clothes: We all have our favorites and I like comfy just as much as anyone else 😎. Love to wear shorts in Summer and sundress’s out for a more festive day or night and yes to checking the weather 👍

If I wake up in the morning and am getting dressed, that means I’m going to work, and that means there is a uniform. If I am not getting dressed, that means I am in my pjs and will stay in my pjs for a while.

Anything that makes me feel pretty. I was very overweight for years and finally lost 75 pounds. When I look in the mirror and actually see someone pretty in her clothes, it makes me smile.

I can understand that you feel good seeing your mirror imagine now, guess it was not always like this.

It does make you feel so happy to see yourself in the mirrow, and be happy with what you see. I bet you have found a lot of different things that you enjoy wearing now and feeling pretty in. I totally understand how you feel. I was extremely heavy and lost weight also. It is a lot to get used to and makes a big differnece in our lives in lots of ways. I am very happy for you in what you have shared.

I always think about what I am going to wear. It is like my second skin and I like my clothes to reflect my mood. I usually go for black leggings - mysterious yet slimming and a colorful tunic style top to reflect my mood. Jewelry and shoes or boots complete the look. I can go casual or dressy with this combination so it is practical as well.
My favorite piece of clothing is a shirt of my father's that I received after he passed away. It is soft and flannel and in a muted blue/grey tone. I wear it when I feel like I need a hug or just want to remember all the wonderful memories I have of my Dad.

I take the next t-shirt from the stack and a shirt that will fit how cold or warm it is. Warmer temps call for thinner fabric.

One of my flannel shirts has a particular set of colors that I like.
