How does it feel standing still, feeling the ground underneath your feet?
I rearranged my feet so they are flat on the floor. Feels good and connected to the earth.
How does it feel sitting, feeling your back pressing against the chair or bed?
Feels very solid like I am supported by the chair and feeling connected.
How does your breath feel?
Took a deep breath and let it out then the breath starts on its own filling and starts on its own emptying.

1. How does it feel standing still, feeling the ground underneath your feet?
Wow, answering these questions is becoming harder and harder. I’ve got a grown woman who I live with and am supposed to be helping who does not want to help herself. She wants to do less and less and it’s affecting me. It’s affecting how I think and my ability to relax. Because all I can think of is, feeling the ground? Why is that important? But I know it’s important. It is to do with my focus and mindfulness and feeling grounded for myself. So, I’ll try. It feels ok and good to have my own space.
2. How does it feel sitting, feeling your back pressing against the chair or bed?
It feels like my own boundaries have been set, which is the wall against my back.No one can get behind me and it is my decision to rest against the wall. Those are both good things.
3. How does your breath feel?
My breath is something I have a good/bad relationship with.I was born with an incomplete cleft lip and the deformity affected my nose and my ability to breath.During the day I usually cannot breath through my nose well.Much of the time I have to breath through my mouth. At night I sleep with breath right strips on my nose and that is the difference between me being able to breath comfortably and easily. So, sometimes breathing is great and easy when I have assistance.Much of the time it is something difficult and I don’t want to think about it.I just try to do it to get enough air in my lungs.I need surgery as both sides of my nasal passages are collapsed, but I can’t afford it right now.So I have to live with breathing difficulties for now.

I have a posture observation of a similar but different type.
I noticed that my slim reading glasses force me to tilt my head down in order to be able to read my computer screen.
And that makes me lean forward which curves my shoulders in and makes my breathing shallower.
It also puts strain on my neck.
So I think I need to get bigger reading eyeglasses so all that doesn't happen.
Or else I need to slide my eyeglasses lower on my nose so they aim at the screen without me tilting my head down.

@7motivation I notice when I am looking at my computer screen, that my head and eyes are looking straight ahead. I am guessing you may have bifocals or trifocals since they often are located in the lower part of the frame.
One suggestion to consider was getting a pair of glasses solely for reading and computer screen so you do not have to look down to see.
@soulsings
That's what I was thinking too. Thanks.
Although I recall that big heavy glasses are too comfortable for me to tolerate.
Now I'm using extremely light weight plastic reading glasses shaped almost like this

I got them from a dollar store and they are very comfortable and work well.
But they are designed to be positioned right by the eyes like shown below.

However, I think I can still used them if I just slide them down my nose.
and tilt my eyes down too.
Then they will point to the computer screen without me having to tilt my head down.

I just tried that now and it seems to work ok.
Yay! Now I can breath properly again!!!
How does it feel standing still, feeling the ground underneath your feet? --I enjoy to stretch my body by reaching to high with my feet firmly on the ground. The tension is there and it is released, I feel. The earth is supporting me, and I'm spinning in space at an unimaginable rate of speed. The earth is so made so that I can stand on it, and so I have a good life.
How does it feel sitting, feeling your back pressing against the chair or bed? --my computing desk is uncomfortable. I realize that I can swap to the good chair and then sit with my arms more naturally and then type well.
How does your breath feel? --I slept with positive airway pressure therapy in the night. So I feel good, and I don't need caffeine to the degree that I used it prior to that therapy. My breath is good and deep. It is a restful and relaxing night time that is like my morning.
@diofono sounds like you are feeling good. I am glad to hear that.
