How to prevent procrastination 
Set a starting date to do the work which needs to be done can help to counteract procrastination. When you focus on when you're going to begin a task — and not when you hope to finish it — you'll take a tremendous amount of pressure off of yourself.
So today, I like to ask you to do something you’ve been procrastinating on. What’s on your to-do list that’s been sitting there?

This sounds rather trifle, but I am going to ask for a refund for an online purchase I made a month ago tomorrow (that still has not even shipped) through an intermediary marketing platform called Etsy. Still no reply when I opened a case. Maybe it is just a fly by night business and the money is gone. But if I don't try, I'm just being a doormat. I get tired of people telling me I'm being too nice. I don't quite understand how anyone can be "too" nice. But I do understand the term 'doormat'. And 29 days after making a purchase, even the seller has the item listed as "not shipped", does make me think that 'too nice' = 'doormat'. That seems to be a common thread in my life after experiencing a mild but permanent brain injury. I guess I'll see about getting the refund. And maybe I need to reconsider if I am simply too naive about other things I do. Sigh ~

It can frustrating not getting the things you ordered and are waiting for and then finding out it even hasn't been shipped. I wonder what happened, did you check the internet if others have similar problems?
Sorry to hear about your brain injury and things like this seem to happen to you more often. Being nice can make you vulnerable to some people. It's important to set boundaries.

@FoolsSelf If you paid by credit card talk to the credit card company and they may help you resolve it.
Bad customer service is just another symptom of societal deterioration. I wish you good luck solving your issue. Let us know how it turns out.
Thanks, I made a list on an App and keep checking it. I'm making more progress and don't have to waste time rewriting it so much.

I am expecting company at the end of the month need to clean and make my house presentable but keep pushing it .. ☹️
@tidyBranch5611 it is so difficult when there is a lot to do. I usually break it down and do a small chore that starts the process.
