I feel included in my community and we are very welcoming 🩷
But I noticed in schools children with ADHD and or autism are excluded, and they are trivialised and often scape goated and blamed for things that they are not responsible for.
We can be more inclusive by gaining awareness, empathy, knowledge and learning where other people are coming from and advocating when we see injustice 🩷

Glad to hear that you feel included in your community! I hope that there will be a change of mindset with more advocacy about mental challenges in general so that kids like those with adhd or autism can feel safe and welcome in all schools.
So i would day that yes most are pretty well accepted here .. i think we could do better in our schools on a its ok to be different sense of things .. im here but dont care who accepts me and who dont ..too old to win a popularity contest ..i got bigger things to worry about like my head not imploding every morning at dawn.. but as far as im concerned youre good to me im good to you . I dont care what you look like

No. Different people with different races, genders, who practice different religions, are definitely not accepted in my country or any of my communities I’ve been living in since I was born. Do I myself feel included? No. Still don’t.
How can we make schools, workplaces, and communities welcoming and friendly for everyone?
Allow everyone, no matter what gender and race you are, what religion you practice, what your financial status is, etc to be in school. Everyone should be treated equally. Someone shouldn’t be left out just bc they’re in situations they can’t control like not having as much money as other people or having medical conditions they need to live with bc there’s no cures for it.

I'm sorry to hear that it's hard for people to accept those who are different where you live and that it's affecting you too. Just know that you're accepted here exactly as you are.

We are actually one of the safest cities in Europe but I guess with a mental loneliness, trauma problem or generational gap issue bc of experience, understanding and education. Even in my own family I here insane homophobic accusations and also see racist bullying even against the kids that live in my condo. What I did was going to apologize to them openly right after my father would attack them or send reports that were fake to the administration or even the local priest. I sent a message or talk to them clarifying what is actually happening so my father stopped bc he never thought I would stand up to him and even talk to the authority but unfortunately my brothers think like him and many other old people or young guys that like my brother only understand "game factions" or "football factions" and didn't get out to talk or experience the world outside this faction. Lots of the old ladies (bc most old men never go out or just stay stuck at bars, so it's impossible to talk to them) so some of the lonely old ladies I end up talking too seem to see ghost everywhere, around who are anti-genz, anti-immigrant and anti-lgbt, they actually never met one of them, you can see their thoughts aren't there 100%, off of the stuff they say is like from a Soap Opera or some scam site they are glued to all day, they are lost, isolated, went to work as a child and never got the chance to educate themselves, like the guys from these violent football clubs, they have like a jealousy for who seems calm or managing on their own without the need of being part of a "gang" like them. Oh and let us not forget women, how they attack women.
The baseline is that I think these kind of more common town haters of basically anyone else have being ignoring so much of their own cultural identity and have such a deep insecurity due to generational bullying that it's like they find pleasure in that pain. They hate change even if it's for the good. They have become so rigid and definitely alone in their personal life, all these "faction friends" aren't really friends, they never have a sincere and open conversation with them...just make noise to feel less lost. My Italian grandparents only would concentrate in money and if you were married, they never notice cultural good elements they had, they didn't care bc it doesn't bring them money, fat tasty food and women. They were very simple. Everything was rough and easy for them, just shout and hit and its done. I think we need to reconstruct their confidence and culture so that they don't have this emptiness in them, that makes them so scared anyone could take their place at any moment.
We must stop feeding them rubbish content for easy money. Everyone talks of the internet but this has been going on way before, with the TV, with the rubbish commercial books and with the bar gossip. Also a lack of honesty, a double standard where if you are a person from a certain area, you are aloud to not follow the same rules just bc of your birth, sex and skin.

Standing up to your family and the system takes a lot of bravery and strength. I can only guess how tough it must be for you to live in that kind of situation. When someone is afraid of change, it often means they don’t feel safe inside. It seems that the deep feelings of insecurity you mentioned have influenced how they think and have an effect on everyday life where you are.
Helping others to feel good about their culture and themselves does not only benefit them but the whole community.
