A day when I was a kid, my family was camping and all 8 of us took a walk to the lake. It was a warm day in early spring, and we sat down in the grass and just talked and laughed, and just enjoyed being together. I don’t think I have ever experienced anything like that again.

I don't really have a happiest day in my life that I can recall. This might be somewhat typical for people who have suffered abuse. If you have been rejected as well since childhood you establish a barrier from experiencing "highs"and even the real lows. It's protecting your yourself. But I will still have time left to experience a HAPPY DAY.

In junior year of high school, we had a group project in one of our classes. I ordinarily hate group projects, because there usually are some people in the group who don't do their fair share of the work, and the rest of us have to work harder to make up for it. In this case, everyone in the group work as hard as they could.
We had to put on a show. We all had our parts. I have terrible stage fright, because there have been time when I made a fool out of myself in front of people and was laughed at. I worked hard so I could do my best on stage and not get laughed at.
The show went perfectly. We were complimented by everyone who said anything. We got straight "A+"s by our teacher, who actually hated me. We had had an antagonistic relationship the whole school year. Even she had to admit we were good.
When we did the show, it was an intense relief to have it over and an intense relief that it went the way it was supposed to.
