@amiablePeace77

I love the peace and quiet that comes with being alone. It gives me time to reflect, recharge, and focus on things I enjoy without any distractions. Whether it’s working on a creative project, getting lost in a book, or just enjoying a moment of stillness, there’s something really refreshing about having that space to myself.

@amiablePeace77 I can think freely, not feel forced to do anything, and I don't worry much about things I struggle with

What do you enjoy about being alone?

Being alone,  I get to decompress & recharge from my work (frontline healthcare work), do whatever I want, however I want. I get to be myself - good, bad, or ugly.

It helps me refuel! I work where I’m constantly talking and engaging people and the best part is when I’m off work and I get in that car and drive home in silence. I go home in silence, turn the shower on in silence and lay in my bed in silence and just slow my mind down and ponder! I love every bit of my solitude because it brings me peace and comfort!

we can discover our own thoughts. Then we can become grounded our self and be calmer.
