Blue Zones

@globalBraid3744 Does Rule 9 forbid this? I'm not sure. It disallows:
…posting about non-7 Cups related topics…or for advertising purposes…
Certainly Blue Zones LLC is a commercial enterprise, and living for a long time is a non-7 Cups related topic.

Hello Charlie, for me this is not like an advertisement. I sincerely believe that this post can help people improve their dietary habits. I need to cite the source when I use their guidelines. I am not advertising here for people to buy any of their products or anything like this. If anyone feels like I broke the rule and this post is not 7 cups related (it does help people with problems with their diet and promotes a healthy lifestyle) or is advertising something inappropriate, then this post can be deleted.
@RarelyCharlie I appreciate your concerns for keeping 7cups a safe ad free zone. I share your concern when it comes to advertising.
However talking about a book without links to any particular site selling it seems like a safe kind of content. Maybe we can all benefit from improving our lifestyles in some way. If you disagree with the book, then I certainly respect your right to disagree, but I also suggest that you allow a free and open discussion without making it into a debate.
Thank you for your understanding.
@globalBraid3744 thanks for posting about this book. It sounds like an interesting topic. I am interested in lifestyle changes that may help improve the qualities of life.
Although I do not agree with all of their recommendations, I think it is a fair topic and appreciate you posting that.
@soulsings
I am again sorry if it sounds like an advertisement, I just do not want to plagiarize and found it is worth sharing.
I think you are right. These are the recommendation based on research, but I do not agree with all of them either. For example, I would not start drinking wine only because it recommends it. However, it was very inspiring to read about how long-living people live and I definitely took some inspiration from the plant-based diet. Therefore, I also made it a discussion. I think everyone can have their own opinion and maybe take elements out of it as I did. I am always eager to hear what are other people's thoughts on topics I find interesting.
@globalBraid3744. Hi this looks like a good book. I have heard about this on the news. Thanks for mentioning it.
