Hi, grateful,

where did that triangle come from?

@SunShineAlwaysGrateful. I had poor boundaries for most of my life. I’ve been learning about boundaries here. It was so hard the first time I said no to someone! But I want to keep learning and trying.

I need to work on a feeling of belonging. I don't feel like I belong anywhere.

I'm working on healthy boundaries and healthy relationships. Those are a big struggle. But I have massively improved in my self-care and health habits. I had always put everyone else first, and now I'm working on a "care for myself first" attitude.
