Connection Box
Happy Thursday people 
Sometimes it happens that we go through phases in our lives where we loose the connection to our surroundings and begin to feel sad or even depressed. We might want to connect but are not quite sure what possibilities are out there for us. So I came up with the following idea.
The connection box
Who is in to help building a connection box? What would you put in?

@amiablePeace77 great idea, this amazing box could fit well next to self-care too! I totally would put my memos/sticky notes which guide me out of foggy days

Awesome Dana, I find it's always nice to get back at someone from whom you haven't heard for a while and hear how they are doing.
I would put in - reaching out to new hires at work.

to change experiences and ideas - good idea
I would put in too a walk around the block to chat with people in the area
Go to fave diner and sit at counter to chat with workers. All the action is at the counter!
@Zengrl I love a good restaurant with a counter. All the locals go to the counter. That is where things get real!

soul, you mean when you food is falling off the chop sticks? 
@amiablePeace77 when you can keep everything in total balance you get the food in your mouth with chopsticks. (Only get chunky foods that are easily picked up or stabbed with chopsticks lol)
