Im going to take a small step beginning today to work on getting something I have been putting off accomplished. I will not put it off a day longer, and this post is just a sign from the heavens reminding me to do that which i have started and need to finish.

I don't have time to attend a gym now. And it's sad to me. So I decided to exercise at home using videos on YouTube rather than doing nothing. I'm trying to discipline myself and do workouts every 2-3 days.

When I decided to lose weight. I made little changes, one at a time, and I eventualy lost 12 kg :)
I would say I have been putting of learning subjects that isn't taught many in school and learning online slowly on anything
This is a hard one for me. I'm having trouble thinking of any examples of this. But maybe signing up for 7 Cups counts. I just wanted to have one conversation so I signed up tentatively. Being a listener has been so wonderful so far and I just had my first really helpful conversation with a member so I'm feeling grateful that I took that first step.
@ElephantLover135- congratulations to you- I've been contemplating being a listerner too
