2 New Mentor Leaders: EssenceofHope & UnicornRiley

We are excited to welcome @EssenceofHope as our newest Community Track Mentor Leader (with her primary focus being the internship program). Hope joined as a listener in August 2016. She is a graduate of the 7 Cups Internship Program, a Group Moderator, and a Peer Support. She currently helps out as a mentor of the following tracks: Community, Chatroom, Teen Chatroom, Quality, and Teen Quality. Her mentor focus for the Community track has been as an integral part of the internship program. As an intern mentor, she has developed and launched the Intern Buddy program and has worked to improve the internship program by surveying interns about strengths and weaknesses of the program and helping to propose changes based on that feedback. As a mentor leader, she will continue to integrate this feedback as we work to improve the internship program. She will also continue leading the intern buddy program and will be developing the internship subcommunity to increase involvement. Were excited Hope has opted to join us as a mentor leader for the internship program!

Next up, @unicornriley! Riley will be joining us as a mentor leader in the quality mentor track! As a, Riley was eager to learn and support fellow track members. Riley goes out of his way to help out and be a supportive team member. He is passionate about the quality track and all of its projects. He loves helping all listeners feel more comfortable in the community and with listening. In addition to his work on the quality track, Riley is a group mod, teen mentor, peer support, sponsor program matching and adult/teen listener interviews. Riley is always growing at 7 Cups, they walk towards new opportunities with curiosity and are always open to receive feedback. As a mentor leader, Riley will continue to support the quality mentor programs and initiatives. They will be a support for new quality mentors and make sure our quality programs continue to run smoothly. We are excited to have them in this special role!
