A town hall is a meeting where the community gets to submit topics. And I do my best to answer your questions and offer additional information on the topics you care about!

Hi Jennifer, it's quite easy when you know how! I can't message you, and not sure if you can message me but when you go to make a post use the picture 'Image' icon 2nd from the right, click that and then you will be asked for a url, you will need to have the pictures hosted somewhere and that is the url that you need to copy and paste to that, check the sizing (anything over about 500 is too big usually so change the size figures) then click ok.
