Congrats to Lorraine!

There have been lots of changes to the Community team recently! We are pleased to announce that @Lorraine234 is now a full time Community Manager!

Lorraine will continue to oversee the mod program and group support, and is also helping take on subcommunity development. We are excited to see what she has in store! Please share your congrats and well wishes in the comments below.

With all the transitioning of roles recently here is a reminder of who is doing what now:

Lorraine: Group support, Forum track, subcommunity development *and chatroom track (added late whoops!)

Heather: All the Teen things! Safety and listener quality programs

Hope: All things internship program!

Jill: Big picture stuff! Team oversight, lots of meetings, advocating for the community to the company, mapping out the community's path.

Our team is now smaller than it use to be, but the work required from us did not also get smaller. Soon we will make a post about who to go to for what beyond admin- remember if there is a mentor leader or ambassador who can help you can reach out to them first. Because we have a lot of projects to get done we may not be as responsive as we have been in the past, and often times the ML or Ambassador are more plugged into the situation or project and will be of better help. Thank you for understanding!
