June 23: New Mentor Leaders!!

@Gracey - Chatroom mentor leader in the Listener Community Room! As a leader of the Listener Community Room, Gracey has done a great job working with all of the listeners who come through, helping to keep the room safe and encrouage thougthful conversations! Additionally, she is an awesome organizer of complement wars and discussions! I am excited to continue to work with her in this role to bring more organize and love to the listener community room! Go Gracey Go!

@Katheryn (former hiddengrace) - Chatroom mentor leader in the Listener Community Room & helping with listener discussions and education! She brings a calm, thoughtful presence to her work in the listener chat rooms. She will be helping to organize more community discussions in the LCR and supporting other membersof the community in leading discussion. She is a great addition to our team & I am excited for her to join us in this role!

@Aventurina - Quality Mentor Leader! Aven is a dedicated and wonderful mentor, who is well versed in the do's and don'ts of active listening. She is a great mentor to her mentees. Specifically, she will be helping with flag reviews and the team of mentors who help to manage all of the incoming written text reviews. This is more of a behind the scenes kind of role, but incredibly helpful in managinglistener quality. Additionally, Aven will continue to support her mentees and coaching newbies who need it!

@Soulsurfer - Chatroom mentor leader in the Listener Support Room & helping with Active Listening education discussion series (including bringing them to more time zones - hooray!) and listener education! Soulsurfer oozes love and support and I am excited to have her join our mentor leader team in this way. In this role, she will continue to insert her beautiful and bright personality into the community. She will support and encourage members of the LSR to offer great support in this space!

@evelynerose- Quality mentor leader!Evelynrosehas been a dedicated community member and mentor for over a year! I am excited to continue to work with her on projects. Specifically, she will be helping with Active Listening 1 & 2 grading supporting our mentors over there! Hooray!

@Roadie - Forum Mentor Leader! Hooray! If you haven't seen roadie in the forum... go look! Roadie is a forum all-star! He knows our forums, wonders them, makes suggestions to improve them and encourages those of us who post regularly. I am excited to offer roadie this post. In this role, we will help to support the forum team members by doing trainings and encouraging more thoughtful discussion and moderation in our forums! Hooray!
