June 23: New Mentor Leaders!!
@Gracey - Chatroom mentor leader in the Listener Community Room! As a leader of the Listener Community Room, Gracey has done a great job working with all of the listeners who come through, helping to keep the room safe and encrouage thougthful conversations! Additionally, she is an awesome organizer of complement wars and discussions! I am excited to continue to work with her in this role to bring more organize and love to the listener community room! Go Gracey Go!
@Katheryn (former hiddengrace) - Chatroom mentor leader in the Listener Community Room & helping with listener discussions and education! She brings a calm, thoughtful presence to her work in the listener chat rooms. She will be helping to organize more community discussions in the LCR and supporting other membersof the community in leading discussion. She is a great addition to our team & I am excited for her to join us in this role!
@Aventurina - Quality Mentor Leader! Aven is a dedicated and wonderful mentor, who is well versed in the do's and don'ts of active listening. She is a great mentor to her mentees. Specifically, she will be helping with flag reviews and the team of mentors who help to manage all of the incoming written text reviews. This is more of a behind the scenes kind of role, but incredibly helpful in managinglistener quality. Additionally, Aven will continue to support her mentees and coaching newbies who need it!
@Soulsurfer - Chatroom mentor leader in the Listener Support Room & helping with Active Listening education discussion series (including bringing them to more time zones - hooray!) and listener education! Soulsurfer oozes love and support and I am excited to have her join our mentor leader team in this way. In this role, she will continue to insert her beautiful and bright personality into the community. She will support and encourage members of the LSR to offer great support in this space!
@evelynerose- Quality mentor leader!Evelynrosehas been a dedicated community member and mentor for over a year! I am excited to continue to work with her on projects. Specifically, she will be helping with Active Listening 1 & 2 grading supporting our mentors over there! Hooray!
@Roadie - Forum Mentor Leader! Hooray! If you haven't seen roadie in the forum... go look! Roadie is a forum all-star! He knows our forums, wonders them, makes suggestions to improve them and encourages those of us who post regularly. I am excited to offer roadie this post. In this role, we will help to support the forum team members by doing trainings and encouraging more thoughtful discussion and moderation in our forums! Hooray!

@Graceyand @Katheryn--> I have seen you bot take ownership of the LCR and make it into a comfortable, loving and super awesome place! And that is amazing, of course you also have a bunch of other super cool qualities like being super nice, ultra dedicated, sweet and funny. You are the dinamic duo of 7 cups! Usually known as the Graces haha(even though you are now Katheryn rather than HiddenGrace but that's okay). I can't wait to see you develop and continue growing in your new roles! I'm sure you'll do amazing!
@Aventurina- Aven! I'm soo happy to hear you are becoming a mentor leader! Without a doubt a well earned place :D You are the best example I can think of for what a mentor should aim to be for their mentee's, you are kind and supportive and knowledgeable and just an all around amazing person!

You are an amazing human being and your positive energy, your enthusiasm, your kindness and your grateful attitude make you someone everyone loves to have around! Every timeyou are around, you make us feel at home, safe and comfortable. You are so full of energy that I can't help but to get excited and feel like I can take any challenge in my way hahaha. @EvelyneRose- Evelyne! You are definately an all-round kind of mentor knowing your way around 7 cups like the back of your hand! You are so lovely and have such a genuine and honest personality that I really enjoy to have around. I'm glad to have you join us and I look forward to more late night conversation about group support and other silly topics :)
@Roadie- Hooray! I was sooexcited and happy to hear you will be joining us again and as a mentor leader! Without a doubt you have done an amazing job in our forums, keeping them supportive and kind, reminding us that our focus is to support our members and to be attentive in the support forums.More than once you share with me links to threads that remind me why I'm here, why I love the forums and just what an amazing place 7 cups can be...Its easy to loose sight of all that when you spend your days replying to feedback threads pointing out all the "we can still do better". You constantly remind me of the importance of seeing the good side of things and the amazing things that can come out from different perspectives on things. I have no doubt our forum team and our whole community will learn a lot with the wisedom you will continue to share with us <3
@Iara, you have been such a HUGE part of my whole journey on 7cups. Thank you for being so beautifully encouraging, so unbelievably supportive and leading so amazingly by example. I wish they could clone you but instead we'll just have to all watch you in action and try to emulate your awesomeness! Pi coladas all round! :D
