Sept 14: New Group Support Quality Mentors!
I have a super cool announcement to make!
Meet our first ever Group Support Quality Mentors! Their role will involve improving quality of the Group Support rooms in the following ways:
- 1-1 mod coaching
- Leading mod training discussions in the Mod Zones
- Reaching out to anyone who does not pass the mod training to offer feedback
- Improvements to Mod Training
- Processing Mod Reviews
I'm proud to be working with these wonderful humans and excited about their awesome ideas and contributions to group support quality! So here they are:
